GDPR - Problem solving in municipal practice
The publication focuses on the GDPR in the municipal environment and is based on the experience from the practice of the newly applied GDPR regulation.
It describes the areas, where doubts and mistakes most often occur in municipal practice, whether in relation to employees or in relation to citizens, for example, disclosure of personal data, organising events, the use of consents to the processing of personal data, etc.
The publication is a practical guide for those responsible for the protection of personal data within municipalities. It is based on many experiences with the implementation of the GDPR in different sized municipalities and on the experience with solving real problems that arise in the work of municipalities.
It describes the various obligations under the Regulation, the different ways and means of compliance, including practical guidance and their reflection in internal rules, the position of those responsible for processing personal data and the tasks at each level of management.
The book also contains a summary of records and records for practical use.
