Stardust - DVD
The story begins with the fall of a star. No wonder, since so many stars were involved in its creation.
Written by Neil Gaiman, one of the most widely read writers of our time, directed by Matthew Vaughn and starring such actors as Robert De Niro, Michelle Pfeiffer and Claire Danes. They say that when a star falls, you should make a wish and it will come true. If all the above mentioned filmmakers wished to make an amazing spectacle that fulfills the true meaning of the word "big movie", then this superstition is true.
Tristan Thorne (Charlie Cox) loves local beauty Victoria (Sienna Miller) so much that he plans to bring her a fallen star. What they don't realise is that after its impact it has taken the form of a beautiful girl named Yvaine (Claire Danes). For the abominable witch (Michelle Pfeiffer), settling Yvain's heart would ensure eternal youth and beauty. The greatest enemy will be Tristan himself, who has fallen in love with the gift for the girl of his dreams and will protect her at all costs.
