Dobrý den, již hodinu se marně pokoušíme zprovoznit tiskárnu, aby tiskla a barva na papíře se nemazala. Je pro tuto tiskárnu potřeba nějaké speciální nastavení nebo se jedná o vadu? Tiskáren jsem používala několik a nikdy se nesetkala s takovým problémem, že bych hodinu zkoušela nastavení od gramáže papíru až po nevím co, aby barva na papíře držela. Děkuji.
