Sphero Force Band is a bracelet for controlling BB-8 from Star Wars: The Power Wakes. This is a simple Bluetooth connection to your smartphone, and the dron is then controlled by gestures.
Remote control with a range of 25m
Using this Force Band, you can control your Sphero BB-8 miniature drone with hand movements, mimicking the way in which Jedi Knights used the Force in the Star Wars movie saga. The bracelet connects to the droid via Bluetooth from a distance of up to 25m. You determine the direction of the droid's movement and it is immediately detected by the bracelet's built-in gyroscopic sensor.
