The HMS UW15 Parallel Upper Grip is a multi-functional adapter designed for pulley systems that greatly expands the possibilities of training focused on the upper half of the body. It's design allows you to engage a wide range of muscle groups - from the small muscles of the arms, such as the biceps and triceps, through the deltoid muscles to the back, including the extensors. High-quality steel ensures durability even when working with higher loads, while the variety of grips makes it easy to switch between narrow and wide grips, contributing to effective strengthening of different muscle tendons. The grip parts are rubberised and ergonomically shaped - angled at the extreme positions - to help maintain optimal technique and natural movement during stretching exercises. This makes it easy to activate alternative muscle groups that are not as stressed when exercising with a straight adapter.
