La Plantation green pepper
La Plantation cold dehydrated green pepper tastes just as great as freshly picked pepper. This Cambodian pepper variant retains the deep green colour of the peppercorns. Just after harvesting and hand sorting, the kernels undergo a low-temperature dehydration process. The grains are then stripped of moisture, but the flavour, colour and aroma remain. The result is perfect pepper crisps that can also serve as a spectacular decoration for your dishes. This green pepper stands out both for its colour, which gives the dish an original look, and for its taste, which you will simply fall in love with. It is suitable as a seasoning for finishing served steaks, seasoning grilled meat, vegetables or sauces, where you can add it whole or newly ground using a handy disposable grinder. To preserve its quality for as long as possible, store it in glass in a dark place.
