Guaranteed Protection with Economical Operation
With every motherboard, the ability to securely connect attachments is of the utmost importance. 5X Protection technology provides superior protection and security for your attached components. The DIGI+ VRM digital power supply with overvoltage-adjustable fuses ensures that the board is provided with a continuous correct current, eliminating the potential for short circuits that could cause damage to the board. The standalone Energy Processing Unit (EPU) intelligently regulates the power depending on its processing load to give you the best possible performance, while also saving energy during more easy processes. The Xpert 2+ fan is an advanced fan control tool that ensures quieter and more efficient operation.
Performance Without Exception
SafeSlot technology insures that your graphics card will securely fasten to the motherboard and 2 DDR4 memory card slots with a maximum total capacity of up to 32GB at up to 2666MHz will give your machine the power it deserves. The motherboard is equipped with a range of (standard) USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type A ports. An 8-channel Realtek ALC 887 chip delivers sounds that will immerse you in your gaming for film environment.
Onboard M.2 Interface
6 SATA 6 Gb/s SATA jacks are included on the motherboard for high speed hard drive connections. An M.2 interface provides the ability to connect Solid State Drives - the clear choice for the more demanding customer who requires a quick response from their PC's operating system.
