Dobrý den, nelíbí se mi přístup Alzy. V úterý jsem si objednala tento mobil, ve středu mi dorazil a mobil měl vadu displeje. Dnes jsem ho byla vrátit, dali mi "nový", přijedu domu a ejhle, u tohoto "nového" nejde pro jistotu displej vůbec. Volala jsem na linku Alzy a bylo mi řečeno, že ho mám opět přivést. Takže já zaplatila za doručení mobilu, projela jsem desítky kilometrů a teď je pojedu znovu. Kdo mi zaplatí veškeré dopravy když nejsou schopni mi dát plně funkční mobil a dokonce se ani omluvit?
