The AVTECH DGM52 IP camera provides detailed area monitoring with a high 5MP resolution of 2592×1944 pixels at a frame rate of 25 FPS. The camera, in a durable dome design with an IP66 rating, operates reliably in both indoor and outdoor environments at temperatures from -30°C to 60°C. Its wide-angle fixed lens with a 2.8mm focal length offers a 110° screen size viewing angle to cover a large area. In poor light conditions, the Starlight colour night vision activates, with a range of up to 30m. Integrated artificial intelligence algorithms accurately recognise faces and cars, which reduces the occurrence of false alarms. Power is supplied by the mains or via an Ethernet cable with PoE technology. The camera expands your security options with an audio track that complements the visual record of events. The camera body houses a sensitive built-in microphone for clear audio recording of the surroundings. The audio track is saved along with the video recording on a memory card or network storage, making later analysis and person identification easier.

The 1/2.8” SONY CMOS imaging sensor captures video footage in 2592×1944 pixel resolution, which corresponds to 5MP. The fixed lens with a 2.8mm focal length and F1.6 aperture captures the scene at a wide 110° viewing angle. The H.264 and H.265 compression formats efficiently reduce data-rate requirements and storage capacity while maintaining high image quality. The WDR function improves detail recognition in high-contrast lighting conditions with both dark and overexposed areas.
Colour night vision
The camera uses advanced Starlight technology to capture colour video footage even in low ambient light. The night scene is illuminated by two powerful IR LED units, which provide an effective range of up to 30m. The sensor's sensitivity is 0.001 lux with the illuminator off and 0 lux with active illumination. The switch between day and night mode is based on an evaluation of the current light conditions in the monitored area, with the sensitive sensor preserving colour information without noise.
Intelligent detection and AI functions
The integrated processor with artificial intelligence constantly analyses the captured image in real time. The system focuses on face detection and car recognition, significantly increasing security accuracy. By filtering out common movements such as falling leaves, shadows or small animals, the camera effectively prevents false alarms. When a monitored event is detected, the system immediately sends a notification to the user.
Data storage options
For local video storage, there is a built-in slot for a MicroSD memory card. The camera supports memory cards up to 256GB, which provides enough space for long-term recording. Users can opt for continuous 24/7 recording or recording triggered by a detected event. Data can be sent in parallel to an NVR network recorder or FTP server for secure backup.
Connectivity and application
Connectivity is provided by an RJ-45 Ethernet port with support for PoE, which combines data transmission and power into a single cable. The device communicates via a wide range of network protocols including HTTP, DHCP, RTSP, ONVIF, SMTP, FTP, NTP, NFC and RTMP. Compatibility with the ONVIF standard facilitates integration into camera systems from other manufacturers. Remote management and live view on Android, iOS and Windows operating systems are handled by the manufacturer's mobile app in English, while the AVTECH+ app enables convenient viewing on Apple TV.
