Turmeric contains naturally high levels of the powerful antioxidant curcumin, which is known for its all-round positive health effects documented in hundreds of studies. The following approved health claims are related to turmeric: Normal digestion, the condition of the joints, bones, skin, normal liver function, cardiovascular system, of the nervous system, respiratory system, immune system - antioxidant, mental balance. The tincture in a ratio of 1:3 and is packaged in dark bottles, thus sufficiently protected from light. You can take the tincture on its own, but also add it to water or juice.

Maceration is probably the oldest type of herb processing. Plants steeped in distilled alcohol have taken firm root in Western medicine.
