CanesHydro Vaginal Gel 30 ml

CanesHydro vaginal gel is a medical device designed to relieve vaginal dryness and symptoms of vaginal atrophy. The non-hormonal, colourless and translucent gel contains Ectoin® - a natural molecule known for its protective properties for cellular structures. The gel helps maintain the natural pH balance in the vagina and helps moisturize the vaginal mucosa. At the same time, it helps relieve symptoms of vaginal discomfort such as dryness, itching or burning. CanesHydro provides a long-lasting moisturizing effect.

💊 Use

Apply once a day, preferably in the evening and at least 1 hour before bedtime (use a slip pad if necessary). CanesHydro can also be used less frequently (with an interval of one to three days). Wash your hands thoroughly before application and observe general hygiene. The application of cold gel can cause discomfort. Make sure the tube is at room temperature before use.

Use without applicator:
- Apply a sufficient amount of gel to a clean finger and gently massage into the external genital area and/or vagina.

Use with applicator:
- Grasp the tube vertically with the tip up and open it.
- Place the intravaginal applicator on the tip of the tube and twist it.
- Gently squeeze the tube and hold down until the applicator plunger stops and the applicator fills with gel. Carefully twist to remove the applicator from the tube and close the tube.
- Choose a comfortable position for inserting the applicator into the vagina (e.g. lying on your back) and gently insert the applicator into the vagina.
- Gently squeeze the applicator plunger until it stops and all the gel is released into the vagina. Vyjměte applicator from the vagina.
- The applicator must be thoroughly cleaned after each use.

Cleaning the applicator:
- Pull the plunger out of the tube - the round end of the plunger must be pressed firmly against a hard surface.
- Wash the tube and plunger with lukewarm water and mild soap and rinse thoroughly. If necessary, shake out more water from both parts.
- Allow both parts of the applicator to dry on a dry and clean surface.
- Reassemble the applicator by inserting the plunger into the tube.

Do not use the applicator more than 20 times.
Always follow the instructions for use of the product, which are given in the package leaflet.

Ectoin®, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Lactic Acid, Sodium Lactate, Sodium Benzoate, Propylene Glycol, Water.

⚠️️ Warning

Not all of the side components of CanesHydro have been extensively studied for safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Due to lack of information, the use of CanesHydro is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Patients who are unable to take CanesHydro alone should be assisted during application. Use from 18 years of age.


Contraindications
Do not use CanesHydro if you are hypersensitive to Ectoin, propylene glycol or any of the other ingredients in the gel. Do not use in case of injury or surgery in the vaginal area. Do not use during vulvovaginal infections. Do not use the intravaginal applicator during pregnancy.

📦 Storage

The expiry date of CanesHydro is indicated on the box and on the product itself. CanesHydro must not be used after the expiry date. Store the product at a temperature between 2 °C - 25 °C.
