Na mé tiskárně došlo za rok provozu již asi 5x k částečnému zanešení tiskové hlavy (černé); vynechává části tisku (v pruzích, nepravidelných). Nápravu lze zjednat jen hloubkovým čištěním, běžné nestačí. Jednou jsem musel dělat hloubkové čištění dokonce 2x, abych tiskárnu zprovoznil. Že je při tom spotřeba inkoustu by nevadilo - je levný, ale předpokládám, že se při tom zaplňuje odpadní nádobka - její zaplnění pak bývá konec tiskárny. Podotýkám, že tiskárnu používám celkem pravidelně - bez delších odstávek - nejvýše přes víkend.
