Dobrý deň, nakoľko by som si veľmi rád kúpil tento tovar za darčekový poukaz, ktorých mám viacero, avšak som zo Slovenska a tieto poukazy mám z Čiech a sú v českej mene, a preto mi systém na alza.sk odmietol použiť takýto poukaz. Vlastním darčekový poukaz v hodnote 500 Kč, ktorý by som chcel aplikovať na tento tovar, keďže stojí na alza.cz 499 Kč, problém je ten, že vyzdvihnutie je možné v Prahe alebo Českej Republike, čo je pre mňa nemožné dať trojnásobok ceny tovaru za cestovanie ak ten istý tovar mám v Alza centrále 10 minút od domu a problém je len v mene - českej koruny. Ako by som mohol prosím riešiť tento problém ? Vopred ďakujem za váš čas a odpoveď.
