Dobrý den, v případě, že dojde jakákoli barva, netiskne ani černobílý tisk a tiskárna hlásí, jakou barvu je nutné vyměnit. Je to normální? Další problém je, že po zakoupení nové černé barvy po pěti tiscích a třítýdenním nepoužívání tiskárny hlásí, že se musí kouit i černá barva
