Přestalo mně po dvou měsících fungovat vnitřní osvícení, kde a jak seženu náhradní žáruvzdornou žárovku? Samozřejmě se mně to nechce celé tahat na reklamaci (ani na výměnu), pouze se mně jedná o náhradní žárovku, kterou si instaluju po odšroubování žáruvzdorného sklíčka sám. Ani tady, ani na netu, včetně stránek ETA a seznamů náhradních dílů, jsem nic nenašel. Prosím tedy specialisty Alza o zjištění přímo o výrobce a o kvalifikovanou přesnou odpověď: jak, kde, za kolik. Nejlépe by bylo, aby v rámci záruky zdarma (rád si to ale případně zaplatím) mně po domluvě byla zaslána žárovka domů nebo na výdejnu Alza. Děkuji.
