A modern, non-competitive platform
The Pascal GP104 graphics core features 2 560 CUDA cores with 160 texture units. The base pitch of the reference card kernel is beautiful at 1,607 MHz, and during the Boost mode, however, it shoots up to a remarkable 1,733 MHz.
Virtual reality has never been so close
Extremely new GDDR5X memories, the new production process of which allows for higher throughput, can also be expected for the advancement of virtual reality. Even the speed has grown at gigantic 10 GHz.
Overall, up to 3 times higher performance can be expected while using VR applications.

GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1080 WindForce OC
The tuned Pascal chips are virtually eliminated by GIGABYTE. It is strongly recommended to switch the card to OC mode, when the kernel runs at 1,657 MHz and shoots up to 1,797 MHz during the Boost mode. This is only possible thanks to a very good cooling. This is done by a very large and heavily finned cooler that is sucked by a trio of silent fans. This celebration of technology is called Windforce 3X and will definitely not let you down when overclocking games.
