The WINDFORCE cooling solution combines several technologies for optimal thermal management. The Hawk Fan is based on the aerodynamics of an eagle's wing, reducing air resistance and noise while increasing air pressure by up to 53.6% and air volume by 12.5%. Graphene nano lubricant extends the life of the fan bearings by 2.1× and ensures quieter operation. The fans rotate alternately to reduce turbulence and increase airflow pressure. The 3D Active Fan feature turns the fans off under low GPU load for semi-passive cooling. A copper plate in direct contact with the GPU and composite copper heatpipes rapidly transfer heat from the GPU and VRAM to the heatsink. Server-grade thermal gel is applied to components like VRAM and MOSFETs for optimal contact and resistance to deformation during transport or long-term use, making it a more reliable solution than traditional thermal pads. The extended heatsink allows air to pass through for better heat dissipation. A reinforced structure with a backplate attached to the I/O bracket provides stability. The PCB is manufactured using a fully automated process that eliminates sharp solder joint protrusions for safer handling.
