Discover a new and improved version of the Ozobot Evo school robot kit. Compared to the original Ozobot Evo robot set, this one features a handy docking station for safe carrying and quick charging and updating of the robots, and the great Ozobot Classroom platform. Ozobot Evo is a small and lightweight device for kids to diversify math, logic and programming. The product is designed for children as young as 8 years old, thanks to the simple input of commands using colour combinations written on paper. Colours are detected by special sensors designed to recognise drawn ozocodes. Of course, infrared sensors are available to detect unexpected obstacles. The toy communicates with sounds and LED lights that can be programmed together with the movement in the OzoBlockly environment. Ozobot Evo has a built-in speaker with audio playback. The school set contains 12 Ozobot Evo pieces. Teaching is based on the STEAM skills concept.
The high performance of the product is guaranteed by the built-in LiPo battery, which charges in just 60 minutes. Ozobot Evo is fully prepared for working with children thanks to its strong polycarbonate shell that ensures both high durability and safety. At the same time, automatic firmware and app updates with new features and games to keep your child's attention. The product supports the OzoChat app, which provides an umbrella for communication between Ozobots around the world. The toy communicates via Bluetooth Smart 4.0 with a range of up to 9 metres and is controllable from the display of smart devices.
The absolute new addition to the Ozobot Evo school robot kit is the new Ozobot Classroom platform. The robots are connected to the platform by a USB communicator on the teacher's computer. The platform allows the teacher to monitor the progress of individual students during the lesson. All activities are stored at the same time. They can then be analysed to assess progress in the knowledge and skills of individual groups or the whole class. There are also new tutorials and many other features and tweaks available within the platform. Use of the platform is free, license key is included.
