Intel Core i5-2550K

Intel has a new mainstream processor built on 32nm architecture Sandy Bridge-E.Model Core i5-2550K has four cores and the same number of threads for processing applications. The processor operates at 3.4 GHz and with Intel Turbo Boost can temporarily overclock individual cores to 3.8 GHz.Energy consumption control unit PCU, which allows temporarily exceed the maximum TDP when it is needed.By applying these technologies to increase system response such as when launching applications, loading web pages or opening new windows system. On the contrary, in times when the processor is not busy automatically reduces its output and consumption. The processor supports socket LGA 1155 and its memory controller can handle up to 32 GB of memory.Supported the type of DDR3 with a maximum frequency of 1333MHz.

This processor is ideal for gamers and professionals who work with graphics-intensive software performance and use external graphics cards. Therefore you can not find an integrated graphics core, which would unnecessarily more expensive processor.

The instruction sets of newly added support for AES encryption.Your files will be protected so quickly.Activated encryption no longer unnecessarily burden the system.Of course, all previous technology generation Sandy Bridge architecture.AVX instruction set (SSE extension) works with 256-bit registers and assists in intensive calculations.
