High-end, first-generation processor Core i7, which until now was only sold with the "X" marking Extreme Edition with unlocked multiplier. The new model lacks this option, multiplier is fixed at a value 25 times, but this is compensated friendly price.Parameters were maintained as in the case of the model from Extreme Edition, so it is a šestijádro basically clocked at 3.33 GHz with Turbo Boost technology advantage, which can temporarily overclock the core up to 3.6 GHz.Internal QPI bus operates at 4.8 GT/s, integrated memory controller supports up to 3-channel DDR3 modules involvement 1066 MHz.A distinctive feature of the processor is further vast third-level cache size of 12 megabytesThe processor comes with a heatsink.
Generally, the higher the number, the more powerful the processor. For an office PC, a basic processor series will be more than sufficient, but for more challenging work and gaming you will require a more advanced processor.
Socket of the processor is the connector on the motherboard, designed for connecting processors. Intel and AMD have a different socket, as well as differences between model lines. Processors and...
One of the main parameters of the processor, indicating the number of instructions that the processor can execute in 1 s. The higher frequency, the better working efficiency of the processor.

Generally speaking, the newer the technology, the more powerful processor, more fuel efficient and offers more possibilities for use. Currently, the best selling is the 22nm technology, however there...
Buffer (cache) of the second level is integrated on-chip of the processor. Its job is to store copies of data read from an address in memory, resulting in greater throughput and higher...
L3 cache is the largest cache processor. Only one core can write, but it can be read from all the others. It brings greater importance for processors with four or more cores.
