Monitoring your activity and sleep
Jawbone UP3 helps keep track of a vast range of activities: it counts steps, monitors the distance travelled and calories burned and observes your sleeping and eating habits. It can even automatically detect what you're doing at any given time, be it running or basketball. The advanced sensors monitor your heart rate, a key indicator of your physical condition.
Quality water resistant finish
The wristband combines quality plastic with brushed aluminium, which allows you to wear it even in rainy weather as it is water resistant. It is powered by Lithium-Ion with a battery life of up to 7 days. The USB re-charging takes approximately 100 minutes.
