Dobrý den, mám problém s vytvořením mléčné pěny. Ještě se mi to nepovedlo ani jednou. Mléko se mi pokaždé začne vařit a bublat, musím páru zastavit. Na povrchu mi zůstane 0,5 cm pěny, zbytek jen horké mléko. Používám plnotučné vychlazené. Co dělám špatně? Díky
