Control Unit for Conference Rooms
The device is based on an SoC processor that controls all operations. The unit functions as a dedicated controller, so it contains no RAM or data storage. This architecture ensures reliable and dedicated operation within the Lenovo ThinkSmart ecosystem. The system is supplied without a pre-installed operating system and its functionality is defined by the connected solution.

Lenovo ThinkSmart IP Controller Touch-Sensitive Display
The 10.1" touch-sensitive display offers a resolution of 1280×800px, a brightness of 360cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 1,000:1. An infrared presence sensor with a detection range of up to 3 metres automatically activates the screen when a user approaches, reducing power consumption when idle. The controls support ten-point multi-touch technology. The device has a security lock to prevent its unauthorised removal. The simple Plug and Play installation does not require any complex configuration.

Connectivity and Power
A Gigabit Ethernet port (RJ-45) is used for network connection, which uses the AV-over-IP protocol. The touch-sensitive display is powered directly via the Ethernet cable thanks to PoE (Power over Ethernet) technology. Port equipment includes an HDMI output for connecting an external monitor and an HDMI input for sharing content from a computer. USB 3.0 and USB-C ports are also available.

Lenovo is the world's largest computer maker, founded in 1984. Its original name was Legend. Later it was renamed to Legend Novo ("New Legend"), abbreviated Lenovo. In 2005 it took over IBM's computer division, which was among the largest computer makers in the world. It is similarly ambitious in the field of mobile phones, where it would like to surpass Apple and Samsung. As far as this goal goes, they acquired Motorola’s mobile division in January 2014 and have been ramping up production since.
The company also produces tablets, monitors, televisions, and storage solutions. Overall, they are known for delivering quality products at reasonable prices.
