Dobrý den, 2x jsem psal email 8.1.18 a to 17.02 a 17.10 o info o doplacení doplatku 2826,00 kč Přišla zpráva, že email nebyl přijat. Po těchto urgencích přišel email z jiné adresy dne 9.1. s proforma fakturou na číslo účtu pro zaplacení doplatku ([email protected]). 10.1.18 jsem dal příkaz k platbě přes Českou spořitelnu, která proběhla. a teď mě píšete, že původní objednávka je stornována, že mě znovu zprovozňujete 2 ks dárkového poukazu, a že mám znovu objednat zboží. Přitom doplatek má var. symbol původní objednávky a to 172638792, tak že co teď ??
