Invigorating strong green tea and yerba mate with extract of vital Shiitake mushroom in combination with Ayurvedic spices and herbs. A delicious tea with energizing effects. The earthy richness of Shiitake mushrooms blends seamlessly with the grassy, slightly bitter notes of yerba mate. The infusion of Ayurvedic spices adds layers of warmth, spice and a hint of sweetness to create a complex and delicious taste experience. The tea bags are made of paper, plastic-free and nylon with a cotton drawstring.
Shiitake
So it is called "the queen among mushrooms" or "the elixir of life". This small mushroom is literally loaded with protein, fibre and minerals (such as iron or selenium). It contains important alkaloids and polysaccharides - beta glucans, including lentinans, etc. It is anti-inflammatory, supports bone and heart health. It also improves skin and hair health. Ingredients
Yerba mate* 20%, Sencha green tea* 20%, cinnamon* 20%, hibiscus flower* 15%, lemon grass* 10%, curry leaves (sweet neem)*, Lemon balm*, Shiitake extract*, essential lemon oil*.

Recommended dosage
Pour fresh hot water 60 - 70 °C (250 ml) over the bag and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
