The twenty-ninth volume of the Amazing Earth series is one of Pratchett's crowning achievements and, according to many readers and reviewers, is considered his best novel ever. It won the Prometheus 2023 Award and is the 12th title on the Locus magazine's list of 21st century genre literature.
