A murderous demon rages in medieval Zlín

Zlín in the 13th century. A place where old forces and new forces collide. Veteran Henslin returns to his native Zlín after ten years abroad in the service of his master. But the city has changed a lot in that time: new inhabitants are flooding in, a stone fortress is growing on top of the hill and a mysterious murderer is rampaging through the region, beheading his victims. Then they take it to somewhere unknown.

Henslin is tasked with stopping his rampage. This soon proves to be harder than he first thought. According to the locals, the murders are being carried out by a ghostly black rider from hell, which Henslin doubts very much. But then the horseman strikes again, and Henslin must suddenly rethink everything he's ever believed - about the murders, but also about his own origins...
