Hauntings in Rookward

When Guy finds the deeds to a house in his mother's attic, he feels incredibly lucky. Sure, no one has lived in the house for forty years, it's partially dilapidated and overgrown with vines, but Guy is convinced he can fix it up and sell it for a profit. He'd be a fool not to try. Especially since his current life isn't exactly going well.

Rookward House stands alone in the woods, with no phone signal. But it's a three-hour drive from the city where Guy lives, so he decides to stay in the house for a few days.

But there's a reason no one has lived in Rookward for so long, and its dilapidated rooms are not as empty as they seem.

Forty years ago, a terrible tragedy took place in the house, the consequences of which persist to this day. The ghost of the woman who caused the tragedy has taken up residence there. She is bitter, obsessive, jealous, and unhinged, and once Guy appears, she has no intention of letting him leave and will do the impossible to make him stay with her.
