Since 2014 member of Josef Klíma's reporting team at Prima TV and TV Seznam, currently a member of Josef Klíma's Cases on Prima TV. Author of the research programmes TaJeMno and TaJeMné podzemí. It operates the website badatele.net and a channel of the same name on YouTube.com. The first book of Jaroslav V. Mareš's The Greatest Criminal Mysteries (2018) was a bestseller and its success was followed by the titles Strictly Secret Scandals (2019), The Greatest Mysteries of Czech History (2019), The Štěchovický Treasure - The End of Legends (2020), Nazi Treasures and the StB (2021) and The Atomic Protectorate (2022).
