Coenzyme Q10 is a substance present in all cells of the human body. The amount of coenzyme Q10 in the body is not constant, therefore its regular supply is necessary, especially in old age, when the ability to produce coenzyme decreases and its depletion or deficiency occurs. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Why supplement with Coenzyme Q10?
- Supports energy metabolism: Coenzyme Q10 is an important coenzyme in cellular energy production. It plays a key role in the process of converting nutrients, especially fats and carbohydrates, into adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the main source of energy in cells.

Recommended dosage
1 capsule 1 × daily with meals, ideally breakfast.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the dosage will be determined by the doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
For people taking cholesterol-lowering medication: Take together with these medications, ideally in the evening.
For athletes: Take at the next meal before sporting activity, preferably one hour before sporting activity.
