Dobrý den, nemohu otevírat složky. Kdykoliv tak učiním, zasekne se mi počítač, nebo se to zapne, zčerná obrazovka a pak zase naskočí, ale bez již otevřenéhé složky. Nemohu proto prohlížet fotky, upravovat soubory, posílat e-maily s přílohama atd. Nevím, jestli to je způsobené nějakým souborem, ale byl bych rád za radu. Já se totiž v těchto věcech nevyznám.
