The mainstream graphics card designed for gamers, which is the main requirement for an excellent price/performance ratio. The card for its performance does not at all ashamed, richly enough to play all modern games at medium to high details in FullHD resolution. You'll enjoy it and all the conveniences of the new DirectX 11th Among its other advantages include low power consumption, quiet and efficient cooler from MSI and overclocking the factory.
Fancy dark brown PCB dominated GK106 GPU from nVidia with Kepler architecture. It has won 960 CUDA cores computing focused exclusively on DirectX 11 games. The core is factory overclocked to 1033 MHz from 980 MHz reference, which means higher FPS in games without any significant impact on consumption. The frequency can then be further increased and the boost to 1098 MHz. Performance of the card is roughly equivalent to the competitive model of Radeon HD 7870, the card seems like the perfect upgrade for owners of older GeForce GTX 460/470/560 Those that reward high performance and environmentally friendly operation.
Good cooling is to a long life and stability of the graphics card. MSI has therefore chosen a non-reference cooler own production. The active cooling is provided by two adjustable fans that unit exposed aluminum ribs and maintain a chip card at very low temperatures, without issuing annoying sounds. The card is fully supported by the MSI Afterburner software that can monitor temperature, voltage and fan speed, and is also an ideal tool for maximum overclocking the card.
