It faithfully captures every sound with natural spatial perception. All recordings are stored on a 2GB internal memory that can be extended by up to 32GB by purchasing a microSD card.

Optimized recordings effortlessly

Smart mode takes care of automatic settings for any room acoustics and instrument layout. By switching the controller to Smart mode and pressing REC you will help the recorder learn about the acoustics of the space. Then play it at the highest volume and the LS-12 will set the optimal recording level by itself.

Pure sound, from heights to bass

The Olympus LS-12 uses two highly sensitive low noise microphones rotated 90° away from each other. This allows the faithful capture of the original sound with natural spatial perception. The system can record up to 130dB SPL without cutting the maximum amplitude of the sound.
