How to Change the RGB Keyboard Backlight Colour

Do you know how to change the RGB keyboard backlight colour? You can normally do it via the settings in an associated app or by using keyboard shortcuts. Some RGB gaming keyboards have a special key, often with the manufacturer's logo, that gives you easy configuration access.

RGB Keyboards—Key Types

RGB keyboards can have three types of keys.

  1. High profile keys are the most common type. The keys are higher and have bevelled edges.
  2. Low-profile keys are lower than conventional keys. They are quieter when pressed and similar to laptop keyboards.
  3. Chiclet keys are square-shaped with rounded corners. They are very low and positioned further apart than standard keys.
