The complex of B vitamins reduces the effects of stress, helps maintain normal functions of the nervous and immune systems. vitamin C helps regeneration after physical and mental stress. A mixture of herbs containing lemon balm for general calming and hawthorn, which has a calming effect in case of severe nervous tension and long-term stress. Magnesium affects the proper functioning of muscles, relieves nervousness and irritability. The dried algae Schizochytrium limacinum, containing the omega 3 fatty acid DHA, contributes to normal brain function.
