Čtečka i po 4 letech používání funguje skvěle, ale vzhledově je ten černý okraj kolem displeje je hrozný, vypadá pořád, jako by zanesen nějakou lepkavou špinavou vrstvou. Nejde to odstranit. Nevím, čím to je, ty starší modely PB vypadaly lépe, hlavně když byl ještě na kolem displeje něco jako kov.

mám problém s listováním u PocketBook 740 Inkpad 3 (přes dotekovou obrazovku), stránky se někdy neposouvají dopředu, ale vrací se zpět...a chovají se "zacykleně". Tento problém není přes tlačítko. Jelikož mám dotekové čtečky PocketBook již cca 8 let, není problém určitě v mém "neodborném" doteku.

Zkoušela jsem restart podržením tlačítka na 30 sekund, nic. Když ji připojím k PC, tlačítko na zapnutí rychle bliká. Nabíjela jsem ji několik hodin, stále nic, na mačkání jakýchkoli tlačítek vůbec nereaguje a zůstává na ní klasická obrazovka vypnuté čtečky.
Poradíte prosím kde může být chyba a proč čtečka nejde zapnout? Je potřeba to řešit přes servis když už je po záruce a případně kde by mi takovou poruchu napravili? Moc vám děkuji za rady jak případně postupovat a čtečku zase zprovoznit...
