Dobrý den, mám dotaz ohledně grilovací plochy. Při prvním použití tohoto grilu jsem zjistil, že je grilovací plocha mírně vypouklá. Předpokládal jsem, že jde o účel kvůli odtékání vypečené šťávy do okrajových kanálků. Nicméně dle návodu je třeba grilovací plochu lehce potřít olejem, aby se maso nepřipékalo. Vzhledem k vypouknutí však veškerý olej ihned steče a maso se i při nižší teplotě ihned připéká, neb nemá ani kapku oleje. Otázka tedy zní: má být skutečně grilovací plocha vypouklá a nebo jde o vadu?
