Do not take Sinupret, if you are allergic to gentian root, primrose flower, elder flower, sorrel, vervain infusion or to any of the other ingredients in this preparation. Consult your physician if your symptoms persist for more than 7-14 days, worsen or return repeatedly, and/or if you suffer from persistent or high fever, severe headache, facial swelling or vague complaints.
