Dobrý den, vyzkoušela jsem koloběžku na delší trase a po ujetí 4 km tam a 4 km zpět je baterie vybitá, navíc jsem píchla a to jsem jela jen po silnici. Dívala jsem se zde na dotazy a zjistila, že výměnu duše dělají v autorizovaném servisu v Táboře nebo Sezim. Ústí, ale stejně se tam nedá dovolat. Zjevně zvolím reklamaci přes Alzu - mimochodem, pokaždé, když píchnu budu posílat koloběžku přes 100 km daleko? Myslím, že součástí mé reklamace bude, že chci vrátit peníze.

Koloběžku mám 3 měsíce, reklamace ihned při dodání - chyběla hadička - z důvodu nemoci dosud nerealizována. Měla jsem pochybnosti ohledně baterie, nyní po 3 měsících mám několikrát ověřeno, že má dojezd tak 12 km - na režim Sport při plném nabití mi po 10 km svítí už jen 2 dílky baterie, váha 85 kg. Je závada v baterii nebo v popisu - dojezd až 30km? Děkuji.

Byl jsem přihlášený na starém telefonu který jsem ztratil. Tudíž se nemůžu přihlásit s novým telefonem jelikož píše, že koloběžka se musí nejdříve odpárovat s předchozím zařízením. díky
