They contain only the essentials, water, food and supplies for preparation and consumption.

All the food in the pack boasts an unrivalled shelf life of up to 15 years for food and up to 50 years for drinking water. This is a solid base for your home emergency supplies. Extraordinary durability and a very balanced composition ensure you the most necessary in case of any emergency. Thanks to the extremely long shelf life, you can build up an emergency stock and not have to worry about replacing or durability for a long time. Despite this extremely long shelf life, all the dishes are 100% natural and hand cooked, which means the best source of energy for your body and mind. All ready-to-eat meals are ready to eat, so you don't need any additional equipment. Just use the warming capsule included in the package and you can start consuming with the included spoon.
