Preparation
Shake a 40 g dose vigorously in a shaker with 250 ml of water or milk until thickened.
Recommended dosage
Depending on your daily protein requirement, consume 1-2 servings per day, between meals. Maximum 2 doses per day.

After opening the bag, the product is intended for immediate consumption. Keep out of reach of children. Protect from heat, frost and moisture.
