The length of the Spokey Rubble Nordic Walking poles can be adjusted for different heights and terrain ranging from 105 to 135 cm. The poles boast Anti-Shock technology, which absorbs shock when walking, especially on difficult and hard terrain. Your joints will not be overloaded and will stay healthy longer. They are made of 6061 aluminium, which gives them lightness, guarantees a long service life and high resistance to mechanical damage. Both sticks together weigh 500 g and are only 82 cm long when folded, making them easy to transport and store. They also feature comfortable and adjustable loops and a comfortable cork handle that is highly resistant to moisture and dirt. In the package you will receive the tips and additional rubber tips for the sticks. The model has sintered carbide tines with increased durability that allow you to comfortably walk on tough and hard surfaces such as ice, gravel and hard forest paths. Rubber tips protect the tips from wear and tear when walking on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, rocky roads) and prevent the sticks from slipping on different surfaces.
