All the pans and saucepans in this set feature the latest non-stick PowerGlide coating and the DURABASE bottom, highly resistant to scratches, and other mechanical damage. The pans are also equipped with the Thermo-Spot heat indicators, which turn red when the pan has reached the optimum cooking temperature. The patented detachable handles save space and enable you to put the cookware in the oven. The Ingenio set is compatible with gas, electric, and ceramic cookers, excluding induction. The set also includes stainless steel lids, plastic lids, and cooking utensils, such as spatulas, or a ladle.
