Romeo coffee is a medium roast blend of 85% Arabica and 15% Robusta, balanced bitter taste, with notes of cocoa, almond cake and marzipan.

- Our experience:Coffee Zlaté Zrnko - Romeo belongs to our interesting coffee blends and is also a very versatile blend for alternative coffee preparations. It is a medium-high classic of Italian espresso and has a varied spectrum of flavours with a very subtle hint of acidity.
Origin
Romeo coffee is a blend of 6 to 7 coffees with origins, 85% arabica and 15% robusta. The origin of the main ingredient: Brazil. Each Zlaté Zrnko blend is the resulting harmony of the flavours of the coffees of which it is composed and is blended according to people's tastes. The Golden Grain blends are mixed by Italian experts in laboratories right in the port. They are blended from different sources so that every month, every year they have the same resulting taste.

85% arabica, 15% robusta.
Preparation
Every coffee is best enjoyed when ground properly. Romeo coffee requires a medium coarse grind, on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the finest, 10 the coarsest) roughly grades 3-4, depending on the type of grinder and its wear. In espresso machines, we recommend setting the grinder to the finest grind and only use a coarser grind if the coffee flows slowly. Each bean is best enjoyed if the beans are freshly roasted - best 2 weeks to 2 months after roasting (depending on the storage of raw and roasted coffee, even roasted coffee can retain freshness for several months if stored in a vacuum from the farm to the roastery and properly packaged after roasting).
