The Blaupunkt 100MCG8000S is a 100" TV that combines a massive picture with advanced technologies. Its Mini LED panel with local dimming works with a 100,000:1 contrast ratio and a high brightness of 1,000 cd/m² to display deep shadows and bright details. The 254cm screen size screen displays a picture in 4K UHD resolution (3840 × 2160). For film enthusiasts, it integrates support for the Dolby Vision standard, which dynamically optimises the picture scene by scene. The sound system with Dolby Atmos technology and a built-in subwoofer enriches the audio with spatial depth and powerful bass. The entire environment is managed by the Google TV operating system, which unifies content from various sources and offers personalised recommendations.
Picture and display
The panel with Mini LED technology and a 100" screen size displays an image in 4K UHD resolution (3840 × 2160 pixels). Motion fluidity in action scenes is enhanced by MEMC technology at a refresh rate of 120Hz. Support for Dolby Vision and HDR standards extends the dynamic range. The panel works with a 10-bit colour depth and a 100,000:1 contrast ratio. The high brightness has a value of up to 1,000 cd/m² and contributes to the detailed display of both light and dark scenes.
Sound system
Dolby Atmos technology creates surround sound that moves around the viewer. A built-in subwoofer adds deep bass to the sound spectrum without the need for external equipment. Sound effects and dialogue thus gain in precision and fullness. A connector with HDMI-ARC support is used to connect an external sound system.
Smart features and Google TV
The Google TV operating system unifies content from various streaming services on a single screen and offers personalised recommendations. The user has access to apps like YouTube or Netflix directly from the Google Play store and can use voice search. The TV connects to the internet via Wi-Fi and wireless accessories can be paired using Bluetooth 5.0. The HDMI-CEC function simplifies the control of connected devices with a single remote control.
Picture smoothness and connectivity
MEMC technology smooths fast motion and reduces blurring, which contributes to a fluid picture in dynamic games and action films. Three HDMI 2.0 ports are used to connect gaming consoles. The TV panel has an 8ms response time, reducing the delay between input and display. In addition, HDMI-CEC support makes it easy to control the console and the TV with a single remote.
