Image Quality of the Acer 27" Nitro XZ273UP2 Monitor
The display is based on a VA panel with a pronounced 1000R curvature, which surrounds the user's field of view and contributes to an immersive visual experience. On a 27” screen size, it operates with a Quad HD (2560 × 1440) resolution, providing a fine and detailed image. The panel offers a high native contrast ratio of 10,000:1 for deep blacks and 99% sRGB colour space coverage for faithful colour reproduction. Furthermore, HDR10 support extends the dynamic range between the light and dark points of a scene.
Smoothness and Gaming Features
With a high refresh rate of 180Hz, the monitor renders motion with a fluidity that is crucial for fast-paced action and racing games. The very fast 0.5ms (GtG) response time reduces ghosting and image blur during sudden camera movements. AMD FreeSync Premium technology synchronises the frames generated by the graphics card with the monitor's refresh rate, effectively eliminating tearing and stuttering. For longer gaming sessions, the monitor integrates a BlueLightShield blue light filter, which reduces eye strain.
Ergonomics and Sound
The monitor provides the user with comfortable adjustment options. The ergonomic stand offers height adjustment and screen rotation by 90° into portrait mode (pivot function). For alternative installation on a wall or your own arm, VESA mounting with a 100 × 100mm pitch is available. Audio is provided by two integrated speakers with a power output of 2W.
Monitor Connectivity Options
The monitor offers a wide range of options for connecting to a computer and other devices. Its connector equipment allows for easy connection of a gaming headset.

Colour Gamut
Determines how accurately a monitor can display colours. sRGB is ideal for web, movies, or games. DCI-P3/Adobe RGB is appreciated by graphic designers or professionals at work. The higher the stated value, the better the monitor displays colours. Maximum Brightness
The value, given in nits or cd/m², determines the brightness level of the monitor. A brightness above 400 nits is key for HDR content and readability in sunlight, while standard office monitors are sufficient with values above 250. Refresh Rate and Response Time
Refresh rate (Hz) determines the number of frames displayed per second, so the higher the value, the smoother the picture and the less eye fatigue. A lower response time value (ms) eliminates motion blur. 144Hz+ is ideal for gaming, while values around 75Hz are suitable for office monitors.Specifications
