Dobrý den ,Koupil jsem si u vás cartridge do tiskárny(SB229o1 Cartridge HP CZ101AE č. 650 černá) a tiskárna( HP Deskjet InkAdv 4515e) s touto cartridge není schopná tisknout. Píše poruchovou zprávu - Tato kazeta není určena pro tuto tiskárnu. Co mi doporučíte udělat?

Dobrý den, mám tiskárnu HP4515, koupil jsem zde na Alze originální černé a barevné kazety. Po vložení černé kazety, hlásí tiskárna na tuto kazetu hlášku "uvedené kazety nejsou určeny k použití v této tiskárně", stejně tak i na druhou černou kazetu. Má to nějaké řešení? Děkuji za odpověď.

V minulé dodávce byl nějaký asijský šmejd.
Originál obal, originál hologram na obalu, kontrola originálního čísla v počítači.
Ale v komůrce na růžovou barvu je nalitý nějaký šedo - zelený asijský šmejd.
Doufejme, že to byla nějaká nepříliš častá výjimka od našich přítel z Volsrtýtu :-).
V minulé dodávce byl nějaký asijský šmejd.
