Dobrý den, nikde mi nejde vložit dotaz, emaily se mi vrací, proto píšu sem. Chtěla bych se zeptat, zakoupená televize už od začátku zlobí, ale jen někdy, proto jsme dosud neřešili, ale začíná to být dost otravné a řekla bych častější. Nevím, zda špatně funguje televize nebo ovladač, ale často nejde vůbec zapnout/vypnout, prostě nereaguje, někdy do toho bliká bíle a zůstane blikat i když na ovladači nic nemačkáme. Vzadu na televizi většinou překlapávání tlačítky funguje, ale někdy se prostě musí vytáhnout ze zásuvky, aby začala reagovat. Baterky v ovladači jsou nové, zkoušeli jsme i různé a těmi to není. Obecně reakce na ovladač jsou pomalejší a dost dlouho trvá než se po zapnutí chytí.. Je možné nejprve zkusit reklamovat např. jen ovladač, abychom neposílali rovnou celou televizi, navíc se obávám, že až to někdo při reklamaci zkusí, bude samozřejmě zrovna fungovat bez problému... Nebo je to nějaká častější chyba u těchto televizí, kde už se ví, čím by to mohlo být? Televizi máme 4 měsí
