ABUS Detecto SmartX 2.0 motorbike lock is a U-lock with an integrated alarm that you control using your mobile phone. You do not need a key to unlock it – all it takes is the app and a Bluetooth connection. The lock uses 3D position detection, which triggers a loud 100dB alarm if anyone attempts to tamper with it. Its foundation is a 13.5mm locking bolt made of specially hardened steel, which serves as passive protection.

Security with 3D detection and alarm
ABUS Detecto SmartX 2.0 lock does away with the traditional key, using a mobile app and Bluetooth technology instead. The main security feature consists of 3D position and vibration detection, which senses even the slightest movements in all three axes. If unauthorised tampering is detected, the alarm triggers immediately with a siren of at least 100dB. This acoustic signal lasts for 15 seconds and automatically reactivates if the vibrations continue.
