Solution designed for painless disinfection, reducing inflammation and accelerating wound healing and inflammation of the skin and mucous membranes (oral, nasal and genital cavities). Medical product suitable for sensitive and irritated skin, children, infants and nursing mothers. It is intended for rinsing, poultices or rinses of wounds and inflammations.

Natural wound and inflammation care with active oxygen and sea salt

ActiMaris Sensitiv cleanses, disinfects the wound, reduces inflammation and promotes the healing process. It is used for wound dressing or rinsing, mechanical cleaning of the skin (e.g. with a moistened cotton swab) and for rinsing and disinfection of the oral cavity, e.g. in the occurrence of aphthae, candidiasis, stomatitis, gingivitis, etc. It contains high-energy active oxygen, sea salt with 80 minerals and ionized alkaline water. Class IIb medical device.

How to use ActiMaris Sensitiv Solution

  • For fresh acute wounds, abrasions, burns, etc. 1. First remove any coarse dirt, clothing residues, coatings, etc. from the wound.
    2. Clean and disinfect the wound with ActiMaris Sensitiv solution, i.e. pour the solution directly on the wound or moisten gauze (square) with the solution, apply to the wound and leave for about 20 min. to act.
    3. To accelerate healing, we recommend applying ActiMaris Healing Gel directly to the wound (1-2 mm layer) and covering with a sterile cover or plaster if necessary.
    4. Replacement of coverings and dressings followed by repeated application of ActiMaris solution and gel is performed according to the need and condition of the wound, optimally 1-2 times a day.
  • For healing chronic wounds 1. Moisten the sterile cover with ActiMaris Sensitiv solution, apply to the wound and leave for 15 minutes. If necessary, we can lightly cover with a bandage.
    2. In case of severe, festering or smelly wounds, leave for at least 20 minutes or use ActiMaris Forte - a solution for cleaning and healing wounds.
    3. To accelerate healing, we then recommend applying ActiMaris Healing Gel (1-2 mm layer) to the wound and covering with a sterile drape.
    4. Repeat the whole procedure 1-2 times a day depending on the condition of the wound. There is no limit to the time and frequency of application. Application should be continued until all plaques and necroses are easily removed and the wound is visually clean.
    Note: in case of difficult to remove bandages and coverings, we recommend moistening them with ActiMaris Sensitiv solution for at least 5 minutes to make them easier to remove without damaging the newly formed tissue.
  • For rinsing and disinfection of the oral cavity The ActiMaris Sensitiv solution can be used to rinse the entire oral cavity, or, alternatively, to rinse the entire oral cavity. to gargle. Apply approximately 1-2 tablespoons and leave in the mouth for 30 seconds to 1 minute. On contact with the mucous membrane, singlet oxygen is immediately activated, which quickly destroys viruses, bacteria and fungi. ActiMaris Sensitiv does not sting or burn. Repeat the rinses at least 3 times a day, preferably after meals. However, there is no limit to the frequency of application. For a stronger effect of oxygen and sea salt, we recommend not eating or drinking for at least 15-20 minutes after the application of the solution.
    Repeat the application of the solution as needed until the discomfort disappears. The reduction of inflammation and the retreat of problems should be noticeable very quickly, after just a few applications. To intensify the effect, it is then advisable to apply ActiMaris Wound Healing Gel directly to the affected areas. In case of chronic, more severe inflammation in the oral cavity, we recommend using ActiMaris Forte - a solution for cleaning and healing wounds.
    Remark: ActiMaris is not intended for internal use. However, there is no need to worry about any side effects when accidentally swallowing - ActiMaris is a purely natural product, with no added chemicals, preservatives or stabilizers. The salty taste of the solution must be taken into account.

ActiMaris Sensitiv is recommended for cleaning, rinsing, disinfection and healing

For surgical cleaning and rinsing of wounds. To moisten the dressing material and cover the wound when changing it and to soften it if it is stuck to the wound. Decontamination of the body in case of positive findings of resistant bacteria (MRSA, VRE).

  • Acute wounds - abrasions, cuts and lacerations, blisters, the diaper rash, Burns, insect bite wounds
  • Inflammatory processes on the skin and mucous membranes - acne, aft, herpes, infectious nooks and crannies, gingivitis, ear canal
  • Gingivitis and fungal infections in the oral cavity, nasal cavity and genital area
  • Fresh postoperative wounds and scars
  • Chronic wounds - tibial and diabetic ulcers, infectious wounds, decubitus ulcers
  • 1st and 2nd degree burns
  • Entry points for catheters, PEG tubes and drains
